7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store, Google Play)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EvoStep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
